The purpose of the register is to manage the customer relationship between the controller and the customer, as well as marketing and communication. The management of the register and the processing of data may be outsourced to a partner of the controller who has committed to comply with this register description.

The register may contain the following information about the customer:

- E-mail address
- Name and business ID of the organisation
- Contact log

6. Sources of information under the rules

The register is composed of the controller's customer information system and the website visitor tracking tool, publicly available internet sources and other public sources, both free and paid.

The controller will not disclose the data to third parties, except to the partner of the controller mentioned in section 4, except where required by the Finnish authorities.

As a general rule, personal data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Personal data will be kept confidential. The data network and the hardware of the controller and its possible IT partners on which the register is located are protected by firewalls and other necessary technical measures.
